“Messages from Hibakusha” published. We collected “Messages from Hibakusha” from all over Japan with the expectation that the 64 years of Hibakusha’s suffering will be reflected in the deliberations of the 2010 NPT Review Conference. We published the Digest Version of “Messages from Hibakusha.”

The third session of the Preparatory Committee for the 2010 nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT) Review Conference was held from May 4 to May 15 , 2009. At the NGO presentations in the plenary session, Sueichi KIDO, Assistant Secretary General of Hidankyo spoke to the delegates of the state parties.
